The Bürgerstube is probably as of Nov 2019 dead. The menu is removed. The homepage of the Weichser Bürgerstuben refers to a restaurant in Augsburg. "Mr. Ober, what do you recommend today?" "My Lord, the restaurant opposite"

In mid-February 2018, I took advantage of catering for 10 people and was and am delighted with the quality of the food and the friendliness of Mr. Boles and his entire team. According to all my guests, the best crusty roast we have ever eaten, crispy, super seasoned and tender meat. The dumplings and the cabbage were great too. Everything on time to the minute. Top price. Service simply friendly and courteous. I am still enthusiastic and will be happy to order catering again and go out to eat in the local wicker parlor :)

Great atmosphere

Giving is still too expensive! Was here for the meal from the Weichs hunting cooperative: service staff incompetent and unfriendly, food just past inedible: raw bread dumplings, pasty mush spaetzle, venison ragout served with lettuce leaf, cream and tomato (?), Dark beer in a clear glass and a pampiger (" You didn't order anything from me, that was the colleague, so you have to talk to the service). In short: a gift is still too expensive!
